Your cart is kept on the device, so a brief drop does not lose a sale in progress. Full offline selling is not built yet, and we would rather say so plainly than promise it and let you find out at the counter.
Only if you let them. Cost and profit are separate permissions, and the Cashier role holds neither by default.
Yes. Size and colour are attributes rather than fixed columns, so every variant carries its own barcode, price and stock. The same machinery covers storage sizes for phones and shades for cosmetics.
That is one of the reasons it exists. Sales can be part-paid, balances carry forward, and every customer has a statement you can print or share.
